4. Session Fee of Rs. 2000/- will be charged and that has to be deposited in the month of April, 2023.
5. A Computer Fee of Rs. 100/- (Classes III to V) & Rs. 200/- (Classes VI to VIII) will be charged annually in the month of May.
6. A Library Fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged annually in the month of May (from Class VIII onwards).
7. A Game Fee of Rs. 200/- (Play Group to II) & Rs. 300/- (Classes III to XII) will be charged annually in the month of June.
8. A Laboratory Fee of Rs. 400/- (for classes IX & X) and Rs. 600/- (for classes XI & XII Science Stream) will be charged annually in the month of July.
9. School Diaries for classes I to X will be made available to the students from the school store on payment of cost.
10. If the fee of a student is paid in advance for six & twelve months then in such case the student will get a rebate of Rs. 200/- & Rs. 500/- for Play to Class II, Rs. 300/- & Rs. 800/- for Classes III to VIII, Rs. 400/- & Rs. 1000/- for Classes IX & X and Rs. 500/- & Rs. 1200/- for Classes XI & XII respectively.
11. The Fee of every month is to be deposited by 25th of the same month. A fine of Rs. 50/- will be levied after that. In case of non - payment of the fees by 25th of the 2nd consecutive month, a fine of Rs. 150/- will be charged till the 20th of the third month. And if the fee of the student is unpaid till 25th of the third consecutive month, his/her name will be struck off the school rolls. Under such circumstances, a student has to get himself/herself re-admitted with a re-admission fee of Rs. 1000/-.
12. Fee of the students for the months of February & March will be raised in the month of February and the fees of the aforesaid months must be paid in full by 25th of February.
13. The school offers MERIT cum POVERTY SCHEME SCHOLARSHIP for students hailing from under privileged/disadvantaged group. The procedure to avail the aforesaid facility will be displayed at the Main School Notice Board by the 15th of May, 2023.
14. School Bus facility will not be provided for boys studying in class VIII and onwards.
15. Outstanding dues of the students should be cleared before the publication of result of the final exam.
16. Students availing School Bus facility, will have to pay bus fee for the whole session, irrespective of the fact that he/ she has withdrawn his/her name from the school bus facility in between the session.
17. It is mandatory on the part of the parent to withdraw the Caution Money of their ward within a year of their child leaving the school, failing which the amount will be forfeited.
18. As per the new Circular of the C.B.S.E vide Circular No.: Acad-14/2017 dated 21/03/2017 a three-term exam pattern will replace the C.C.E. format of assessments from the session 2023-24 for classes I to V. However in classes VI to VIII a two-term examination will be conducted along with a Periodic Assessment before each Half Yearly & Yearly Examinations in the academic session. For students of Class IX, the examination pattern will be similar to that of Class X comprising of two Periodic Assessments, a Half yearly & a Yearly Examination. However in Class X, before appearing the Board Examination, students are required to appear in two Periodic Assessments, a Half Yearly and a Pre-Board Examination. It is mandatory for every student to appear in all the examinations of the school, as all the examinations will carry a certain weightage and thus be cumulative in nature. The C.B.S.E. Board will conduct Class- X Examination for 80 marks in each subject covering 100% syllabus of the subject of Class-X only. If a student, irrespective of the class to which s/he belongs, remains absent in any of the examinations, s/he will be marked absent and no re-examination will be conducted later on.
19. Computer Science will be treated as a main subject as like other subjects for Classes VI to VIII.
20. School Uniform - (It is mandatory for the students to come to school in complete school uniform.)
21. Students of Classes III to V need to bring lunch-box (tiffin) from home on all week days. As per the directives of the C.B.S.E. Board vide its Circular No. Acad-02-2016 dated January 06, 2016 parents/guardians are advised not to send junk food in the tiffin-box of their children as it adversely affects the cognitive and physical development of children.
22. A Monthly Break-up Syllabus is provided to all the students which categorically illustrates the lessons to be taught in a particular month by the concerned subject teachers. This will facilitate parents to closely monitor the academic aspect of their ward.
23. Library hours for the students of Class VIII to XII are pre-defined by the school, so that every individual student of the aforesaid classes could avail the facility of the School Library.
24. A student failing to secure less than 75% attendance will not be eligible to appear in the internal or external examination of the School/Board.
25. As per C.B.S.E guidelines, no homework is to be assigned to the students of Classes I & II. However, they can be engaged at home by parents for which C.B.S.E. has published an edition entitled "Alternative to Homework".
26. Annual Examination will cover the syllabus of the entire academic session.
27. Two Unit Tests & Two Terminal Examinations will be conducted for class XI and weightage will be given to all the Tests/Terminals. For class XII, before appearing the Board Examination, they are required to appear in two Unit Tests, One Terminal and One-Pre - Board Examination.
28. Only pure vegetarian diet will be used by the students & teachers during lunch period in the school premises.
29. Students are not allowed to carry mobile phones and other electronic gadgets or any storage device i.e CD/DVD/Pen Drive/Memory Card with them. If such gadgets are found in possession, they will be confiscated and would warrant disciplinary action. If the mobile phones are found, then it will be handed over after the session ends. Only SIM will be given to the parents.
30. As per C.B.S.E. Circular No-24 dated 14th July, 2009, any act of violence which includes Physical or Sexual abuse, Bullying or Ragging will be dealt with iron hand and punishment may be up to expulsion from the school.
31. Students should come to school in complete school uniform. They should avoid keeping beard and must come to school clean shaven. Hair and nails must be trimmed time to time and students having long hair and nail will be punished.
32. Girl students from Class III onwards are to come to school in short leggings (upto the knees) preferably black or grey in colour.
33. Any student found indulging in unfair means during examination will be debarred to continue their studies and consequently will be issued Transfer Certificate from the school.
